At Billy Bilsland Cycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Shop

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to our Glasgow storefront; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value components and bikes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
